These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. Unresolved disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India). The seat of arbitration shall be India.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
